Digital Content Specialist (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead LinkedIn content and campaigns across different business areas
• Create and manage digital content (websites, blogs, newsletters, ads, thought leadership)
• Develop SEO and AI visibility strategy, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Plan and coordinate digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring strong ROI
• Oversee website content and lead website development projects
• Track performance across digital channels, prepare reports, and manage budgets
• Support internal communications and collaborate with PR, branding, HR, and other teams
  
  

Main Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B social media, digital marketing, SEO, or content creation
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns and SEO fundamentals
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Proactive, ambitious, and adaptable with a growth mindset
• Exposure to AI tools for content/SEO is an advantage
