Flight Operations Support Specialist

This role provides essential administrative support to the flight operations team, ensuring that all operational documents, electronic resources, and data systems are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with company standards. 
Key responsibilities include overseeing system user support, managing aircraft documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of data across multiple platforms.

• Overseeing user access and maintaining across flight operations systems
• Preparing and managing applications on iPads and other electronic devices
• Updating and maintaining data within operational databases
• Ensuring all aircraft documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for crew
• Communicating updates or issues to relevant team members in flight operations and maintenance.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting
• Ability to quickly learn and use airline operations software; prior experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications and regulations is advantageous
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of adaptability and problem-solving ability
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
