The heart of the role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Procurement Center in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI-supported tools to manage and execute sourcing activities for our indirect procurement needs across our group companies and the central Category Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and conducting tenders, identifying and qualifying potential suppliers in Europe, and managing existing supplier relationships.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline the tendering process, from specification analysis to supplier selection.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers across Europe to expand our supply base.
- Conduct comprehensive supplier market research to ensure competitive and reliable sourcing options.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ development, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiation.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent supply and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to management.
What makes you beat
- Education:ย Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience:ย Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within indirect procurement.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency with AI-supported procurement tools and platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
