Meet the Team:
GBS Lithuania Inside Operations team is part of Dexcom’s Global Business Services (GBS) Center, mostly focused on EMEA region. The team is responsible for helping patients and their families access Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products, while also providing a variety of additional support types for our end users and business partners. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Quality Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining and enhancing our training and quality monitoring framework. This role is crucial in ensuring that our product support and service delivery meet the highest standards of excellence.
Where You Come In:
- You will lead the development and delivery of training programs tailored to the diverse functions within the Inside Operations team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that training initiatives align with both operational needs and compliance standards, while also fostering high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
- You will manage a team of Training and Quality Assurance specialists, ensuring that all Inside Operations team members receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to enhance their skills, improve performance, and stay up to date with new tools, processes, and procedures.
- In this role, you will establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring that all customer interactions and back-office activities consistently meet required service standards.
- Additionally, you will create and manage a training and quality reporting system, providing regular updates on training effectiveness, quality metrics, and team performance. Your reports will highlight achievements and pinpoint areas for further development.
- You will also collaborate closely with various functions across the organization to ensure that the Inside Operations team’ s training and quality assurance framework aligns with the broader business priorities and operational objectives.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee the training and quality aspects during key transitions, such as product launches, process changes, or system updates. This includes communicating with the team and providing the necessary resources and training to ensure smooth adaptation.

- Fact-based decision making: ability to track quality metrics, uncover trends, and recommend solutions to enhance both individual and team performance.
- Exceptional communication and Stakeholder management skills: Clearly communicate training needs, quality standards, and performance expectations to various stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed.
- Focus on Problem Solving: conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and ensure actionable solutions are implemented.
- Champion of Continuous Improvement: constantly assess processes, identify opportunities for better ways of working, and implement improvements that enhance both quality and efficiency.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,959.58 to €4,891.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
