We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to play a key role in the design and delivery of new corporate lending and credit risk ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology in complex financial environment.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders (Corporate Lending, Credit, Risk, Sales, Operations teams) to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications for development teams

  • Contribute to the design of corporate lending and credit risk solutions, including loan lifecycle, credit assessment, limits, collateral management, and reporting

  • Support system integration

  • Support testing activities ensuring, requirements are clearly described

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business and/or Systems Analyst

  • Experience working with complex, highly integrated IT ecosystems

  • Practical experience in major IT transformations

  • Ability to model business processes, data flows, and system interactions

  • Solid understanding of APIs, data integration, and system interfaces

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in financial area, with corporate lending and/or credit risk area will be considered advantageous

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
