The Intranet & Web Platforms team, part of End User Services, provides modern collaboration, web hosting, and automation services, leveraging the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform technology stack. A team of 12 colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India is responsible for service ownership, platform engineering, solution development, user support, and technology adoption.
We are looking for a Senior Solution Developer to drive Danske Bank’s digital transformation by leveraging generative AI and no-code/low-code development tools. The new colleague will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, developing AI agents based on business requirements from different parts of the organisation. Responsibilities also include user consultancy, promoting the adoption of AI and automation best practices, defining and extending service governance and learning materials, and maintaining and extending existing agents.

You will:
- Launch and adopt Microsoft Copilot Studio at Danske Bank
- Develop agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Consult with technical teams, projects, and business users
- Produce service governance and learning materials
- Be a member of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
- Upskill team members
- Drive generative AI adoption at Danske Bank
- Digitalise and automate business processes, creating high-quality no-code/low-code solutions infused with generative AI
About You:
- 2 years of experience with Power Platform and solid experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Experience in software development, quality assurance, and business analysis
- Experience with data integration, data modelling, and process automation
- Proficient in creating AI-driven solutions, and digitalising and automating business processes
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, along with advanced English proficiency
- A valid Power Platform certification would be beneficial
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your title in job contract will be IT Software Engineer, Senior.
