- Professional support of IT networks with a focus on firewalls is also one of your tasks.
- You are also the contact person in 2nd & 3rd level support for questions in the network area.
- Troubleshooting and the elimination of faults in the network environment is also in your hands.
- Error analysis, root cause analysis and developing strategies for service improvement are also part of your day-to-day activities.
- You document the service architecture of various network environments.
- You create and maintain the (customer-specific) service and operating documentation (operating manual; linking in the CMDB).
