…work in an international, agile team of skilled engineers, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions in a dynamic telecommunications environment. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on building and delivering scalable, high-quality microservices that power omni-channel engagement.
Your role will involve actively participating in development, conducting thorough code reviews, and sharing best practices to maintain high engineering standards. You will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to solve complex technical challenges, ensuring that solutions are efficient, secure, and optimized for performance.
With a strong focus on technical excellence, you will drive performance optimization, security by design, and automation best practices, playing a key role in maintaining robust, high-performing systems. Applying Lean and Agile principles, you will continuously seek ways to enhance development processes, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a self-driven, solution-oriented engineer passionate about delivering impactful solutions. You should have extensive experience with microservices and event-driven architectures, along with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot for product software development.
A strong hands-on background in container orchestration is essential, including proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. You should be well-versed in CI/CD automation, utilizing GitHub and GitHub Actions to streamline development workflows. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or DataDog to ensure system reliability and performance. While experience contributing to open-source projects is a plus, a solid understanding of TeleManagement Forum (TMF) standards would be an advantage. As part of an international team, fluent English communication skills are required, along with the ability to present technical solutions effectively to an engineering audience.

Monthly salary range for this position 4300 – 6400 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
