Role Description
Join us as a Senior Software Engineer and lead architectural decisions while building and scaling the SPARK platform to impact tens of thousands of users and millions of trips. Work closely with experienced engineers in a hands-on role emphasizing ownership, where you drive new features, ensure quality, and innovate at scale.
Your main responsibilities would be:
- Lead architectural decisions for designing and developing the SPARK platform using .NET Core
- Deploy changes daily through continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Uphold high code quality via Bitbucket pull requests and peer reviews
- Monitor system performance and respond proactively to incidents
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS, SQS, RDS, S3, and others)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with product goals
Requirements:
- Deep experience in backend development with .NET Core
- Familiarity with Redis and/or PostgreSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with messaging queues (e.g., SQS)
- Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
- Proven ability to own complex features and deliver results independently
- Product-focused mindset, always considering the impact on end users
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
