About the Team & Business Line: 

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Citco Middle Office Solutions (MOS) is a global team providing an extensive suite of middle office solutions to clients within two main pillars; Trade Operations, Treasury and Cash Management. Trade Operations includes matching client’s trades on trade date (T) with trading counterparties, providing break resolution, OTC confirmation, PB fails monitoring. Treasury and Cash Management incudes Collateral Management (independently calculating variation margin and assisting clients meet their daily margin) and Treasury (facilitating the payment of invoices, transfers, margin, OTC settlement). Using our innovative proprietary technology, MOS offer these services to all business lines. Currently we are looking for a candidate in a senior role to manage the Collateral team to help execute MOS strategy, oversee deliverables, ensure quality and contribute to the evolution of the group through innovative solutions.

Your Role: 

• Become an active member of the team whose role is to ensure that Collateral deliverables are produced accurately and in accordance with risk management best practices within clients SLAs, monitoring client daily collateral margin requirements and reviews of static data and signed agreements
• Ensuring that Interest and Margin Call payments are prepared and released as per client’s request and within cut-off times
• In-house reconciliation and use of 3rd party platforms, active participation in both daily reconciliation and development efforts to improve the product offering
• Regularly reviewing the existing processes, seeking, and implementing operational efficiencies wherever possible
• Working with and developing strong relationships with multiple departments across the Citco, Client and counterparties to drive results and deliverables as well as resolve any open issues
• Being a part of succession planning exercise together with management team
• Participating in diligence reviews while meeting internal SOC/audit requirements
• Providing both internal and external system training where required
• Participating in projects as needed

About You:

• 1-2+ Years in Financial Services with background in collateral management being an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects desirable
• Knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds
• Strong customer service skills and comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
• Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail focused with the ability to multi-task.
• Adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong Business English both by written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Collateral agreements is an advantage
• Experience with SWIFT messages

Shift:

UK Shift – 11:00 – 20:00 (Flexible)

Salary Ranges

1700 - 2300 EUR GROSS
