About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our Azure applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications in a cloud environment. You will collaborate closely with technology specialists and executives to break down business requirements into actionable work items and ensure that solutions meet both functional and technical specifications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API, along with hands-on experience in SQL and modern development tools. You will work with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure Static Web Apps, while contributing to a robust CI/CD pipeline and implementing DevSecOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications.
• Work with Azure cloud services and components.
• Take ownership of database design and development.
• Collaborate with product owners and project manager to break down complex business requirements and translate them into technical tasks and user stories.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, applying DevSecOps principles.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
• Maintaining and upgrading legacy projects to latest .NET stack.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies (App Services, Function Apps, Storage, App Insights, and more).
• Solid understanding of database design and ORM.
• Experience with version control and branching strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

A Successful Senior .NET Developer Will Have the Following:

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET technologies and 1+ years with Azure cloud development.
• Ability to deliver high-quality code in an Agile environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and mentoring.
• Strong ownership of projects and a results-oriented approach.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
• Knowledge of modern and legacy .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RedGate for DB source control.
• Familiarity with Telerik KendoUI and/or Infragistics controls.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
