Senior IT Program Manager

We are Aida Recruitment technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for a Senior IT Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies aligned with company objectives.
  
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across multiple IT projects.
  
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Serve as the key contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to program success.
  
• Allocate resources effectively and oversee project budgets.
  
• Track program progress and report KPIs to leadership.
  
• Facilitate smooth change management and adoption of new processes or technologies.
  
• Continuously improve internal project management practices.
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT project or program management.
  
• Proven success in leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
  
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in with tech stack as Azure, iOS, Android, .NET, etc.
• 
  Experience moving from cross-platform to native app development.
• 
  Experience working with BLE and smart devices.
• Experience in some of the following domains: consumer apps, fitness and health apps, hardware apps such as apps for smart wearables, etc.
• 
  Previous hands-on experience in an engineering/technical role.
• PMP certification.
  
• Background in e-commerce environments.
  
• Experience working with third-party vendors or service providers.
  

Work Conditions

• Salary: 5500-6300 EUR gross
