About This Role:
As the External Affairs Lead for the Baltics, you will be a vital member of our Market Access team, responsible for developing and executing market access strategies for our treatments in Alzheimer's Dementia and Rare Diseases across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You will bridge health economics, pricing, reimbursement, and stakeholder engagement to support the successful commercialization of our treatments. Your role is essential in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors to provide the necessary health economic evidence to gain and maintain reimbursement. Additionally, you will support the Head of External Affairs, Nordics and Baltics, in optimizing networks within stakeholder segments. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring that patients have access to our life-changing treatments.

The base salary range for this position is EUR74,000 – 95,000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
