ensuring process accuracy, automation, and scalability as we grow internationally. This is a chance to own
the ERP roadmap, influence decisions, and deliver measurable impact across finance and operations.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead development, configuration, and customization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.
- Ability to analyze the business requirements and translate them into system functionality.
- Maintain system integrations.
- Design, test, and deploy new modules, workflows, and automations.
- Support finance, and operations teams in system-related improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end ERP processes.
- Document technical solutions and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Maintain sandboxes, update and deploy.
Your skills & experience:
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
- Proven experience in AL programming, extensions, and integration development.
- Solid understanding of ERP workflows, process design, and data models.
- Experience in SQL, Microsoft Azure, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD for Business Central.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Power BI.
- Background in accounting or financial process optimization.
- ERP migration or implementation project experience.

- Gross salary: 5000-6500 EUR/month
