The Change Management team assesses the impacts of planned changes to BMI processes and systems and designs and executes Change Management, Communication and Training interventions to help our people prepare for, adopt and embed changes to ways of working.

In this role you will work closely with our Global Process Owners and wider Change Management team to conduct Impact Assessments, develop Change Action Plans and create communication and engagement materials. You will also coordinate and direct the work of a small team of Change Managers.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Set the Change Management strategy for BMI operations and projects in line with the BMI Change Framework, including the use of technologies, platforms and tools
  • Create and maintain the overall Change Management Plan for BMI
  • Analyse overall Change Management needs and assign resources to projects as needed
  • Maintain the knowledge and expertise of the Change Team
  • Lead Change Impact Analysis for a wide range of changes spanning processes, technology, data, policies and controls
  • Define Change Action Plans to specify change management, communications, stakeholder management and training activities needed to prepare our people for change and drive adoption and embedding.
  • Define key messaging and compelling change narratives and develop Communication Plans and materials
  • Conduct Stakeholder Analyses and build and maintain Stakeholder Management Plans
  • Create materials to drive engagement and awareness, understanding and support for upcoming changes
  • Assist training team to conduct Training Needs Analysis and definition of Training Curriculum
  • Identify and collaborate with central and local functions to mitigate risks relating to change deployment and adoption
  • Conduct People Readiness Assessments
  • Coordinate Process Communities of Practice (e.g. managing member lists, helping to onboard new members, coordinating Workplace/GoogleChat groups, coordinating regular Community of Practice virtual meetings).
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer for upcoming changes - e.g. pre-UAT briefings for testers
  • Work with Market Deployment Leads to provide input to market-specific deployment plans, incorporating change, training and knowledge transfer, engagement and communications, process alignment and other deployment activities

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in change management or a change-focused role on transformation projects (preferred).
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and defining change management actions.
  • Experience delivering change for multi-faceted programmes spanning technology, processes, and policies.
  • Experience with large-scale system deployments, including key activities such as UAT and Training.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP system implementations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Commercial, and/or Supply Chain processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make sense of complex situations.
  • Autonomous with a proactive and initiative-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Availability for business trips.

Salary ranges from 4 000 to 5 600  euro gross depending on your experience.
