You will be part of an exciting and innovative Salesforce journey, building and creating value on one of the world’s most connected enterprise clouds – the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on team functionality, helping the Scrum team deliver high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done. You will utilize communication, technical, and organizational skills to remove impediments, promote adaptability and collaboration to ensure effective team delivery. Empower team members to practice self-management and embrace cross-functionality, turning ideas into deliverables that transform new-generation telco business. Drive innovative Salesforce solutions across Telia's countries. Our scope includes Sales, Service & Marketing Salesforce clouds, where the sky is the limit for growth as we ensure the success and availability of Telia's new digital services.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone who has an inspiring Agile Mindset, dares to question and challenge existing processes, is highly motivated towards a goal, and capable of steering the team and stakeholders in a positive manner. You are a Facilitator, Mentor, Influencer, and Problem Solver. Essential qualifications include experience in development workflows for IT teams, practical implementation and continuous refinement of Scaled Agile or Scrum practices, and strong English communication skills. Salesforce knowledge and experience with Scaled Agile or Scrum is an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3900 - 5800 EUR gross, plus annual bonus, which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
