WHAT WILL YOU DO
Prospect, qualify, and build a steady pipeline of B2B leads through outbound outreach
Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch tailored digital advertising and content solutions
Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline for predictable pipeline growth
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve offers
Gather client and market insights to help shape product direction and sales strategy
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
2+ years of B2B outbound or sales development experience, preferably with digital products or services
A solid understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising fundamentals
A strong track record of outperforming quota expectations
Familiarity with digital media or publishing, or a strong interest in learning it quickly
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across email, calls, and live meetings
A self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy and navigating ambiguity
Strong CRM discipline and the ability to forecast and manage your pipeline with data
A growth-oriented mindset, coachable attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
A bias for action, with the ability to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt based on results
