Your Role:

• Preparing and distributing Citco invoices to the clients
• Handling business partners invoices in complex situations
• Updating internal systems
• Preparing various reports
• Performing various complex administrative assignments per requests of clients servicing teams
• Supporting other daily operations of the department

About You:

• You have a college or university degree (can be fresh graduate or last year student available to work full-time)
• Strong Microsoft Office package skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working with numbers and technical assignments
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills

Salary Range

1330 - 1580 GROSS
