Online Lithuanian teacher

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for a Lithuanian Language Teacher to provide customized lessons to one of our clients. This is a remote position.

Job Information:

• Target language: Lithuanian
• Student: 1 adult
• Availability: 1x a week; Tuesday, Wednesday 12:00pm – 4:00pm / Wednesday, Thursday 8:00am – 12:00pm) 
• Preferred start date: September 1, 2025 
• Lesson Duration: 1h
• Student’s location/time zone: Warsaw
• Preferred platform: Any
• Current Lithuanian level: Complete beginner
• Native and other spoken languages: Polish (native) English, German (basic)
• Student’s language needs and goals: Would like to be communicative in everyday life language
• Additional Information: Structured lessons w/ more conversation practice

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years experience
