In this role you will:

  • Make sure the office is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly day to day.

  • Communicate with vendors, couriers, service providers, and other external partners to ensure reliable and timely support.

  • Coordinate supplies, deliveries, meeting spaces and visitor management.

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, team leads, and other colleagues on office and employee experience matters.

  • Support employees across their journey, including onboarding, offboarding, workplace questions, and everyday office needs.

  • Prepare a smooth new joiner experience, including welcome materials.

  • Help plan and organize office events, celebrations, gatherings, conferences, and off-site activities.

  • Track office-related budgets, invoices, expenses, and supplier documentation.

  • Coordinate required medical check-ups, safety trainings, and other workplace compliance activities.

  • Help coordinate business trips, including travel arrangements and accommodation.

  • Support office processes, and practical improvements together with internal teams.

What we do expect:

  • Experience in office administration, workplace coordination, facilities, reception, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style.

  • Great attention to detail and the ability to keep things structured and organized.

  • A people-first mindset and genuine interest in creating a positive employee experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and requests.

  • Basic understanding of invoices, budgets, expenses, and supplier coordination.
