We're looking for an organized and proactive person who's comfortable juggling different tasks — someone who can handle a document, check a system, and greet a visitor, all in the same morning. In this role, you'll be the connecting link between our office's day-to-day and the commercial team's operations. No two days will look the same.
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will:
· Manage company correspondence, contracts, invoices, and documents; oversee the general inbox and ensure timely distribution of information
· Welcome visitors and candidates, and keep the office running smoothly day to day
· Support the organization of internal events, meetings, and training sessions
· Handle data across internal systems with a focus on accuracy
· Search for and maintain product instruction documents
· Process customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant teams
· Assist the commerce team with product-related tasks and operational activities
· Collaborate with various company divisions to ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day processes
