.NET Support Engineer

Technology stack: 

• Modern: .NET 8+, Azure Services (App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Redis), Blazor, React, YAML pipelines
• Legacy: .NET Framework 4.6+, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, SQL Server, Elastic Search, on-prem hosting

In this role you will:

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues across modern and legacy .NET applications;
• Take ownership of ticket prioritization, resolution, and escalation;
• Handle various support tasks;
• Work closely with customers to clarify, estimate, and solve technical problems;
• Collaborate with our engineers in Denmark when needed. 

What we do expect:

• At least 3 years of experience with .NET/C# development or application support;
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
• Experience in application troubleshooting and support;
• Familiarity with both Azure and on-premise environments;
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken);
• A proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset.
