Local operations manager (Lithuania)

If so, ESTO Lithuania is looking for a Local Operations Manager who embodies strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative "can do" attitude, all while constantly striving for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee all operations of ESTO Lithuania, taking full ownership as the key stakeholder.
• Manage and inspire our sales team to achieve outstanding results.
• Collaborate closely with the ESTO Head of Baltics to drive growth and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2+ years in the consumer finance or lending industry, with a proven track record in operations, debt collection or B2B sales. Work experience in a non-bank lending institution is considered to be an advantage.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams to excel.
• Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Education: A university degree is required.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Lithuanian; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Problem Solver: Ability to devise strategies and solve complex challenges.

Starting salary package:

• 2000€ net monthly + bonuses from successfully done B2B sales
