KYA specialist (Spanish speaker)

Main responsibilities may include:

• Daily support to agents and local teams regarding KYA execution process (incl. collecting and validation of documentation)
• Daily cooperation with KYA Back Office team
• Investigation and escalation of complex cases/issues
• Thorough understanding of the KYA process, risk management rules and policies.
• Other industry specific policy and procedures to support essential responsibilities.

For such a detail driven role, you’ll have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years of experience working with Data and Analysis
• Good level of English is a must
• Native Spanish
• Good MS Office knowledge (mainly excel)
• High-level communication skills
• Organization (reporting and monitoring)
• Customer-oriented
• Results-oriented
• Team player
