As An Incident Manager, you...
... will be responsible for responding to major network and IT incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Your role will involve coordinating resolution efforts, maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders to keep them informed, provide updates, and manage their expectations. You will conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks. Additionally, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance system reliability and prevent recurring issues. As part of your responsibilities, you will also participate in on-call duty rotations alongside fellow Incident Managers, ensuring that our network and IT systems remain in capable hands at all times.
Who we're looking for
An Incident Manager is expected to have technical expertise in network and IT infrastructure, frameworks and strong troubleshooting, root cause and risk assessment skills, ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across complex organization, handle escalations.
You need an ability to make quick decisions and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Knowledge and experience working in incident, problem, change management is expected as well as fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2787 - 4180 Eur gross plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
