About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
Your Role:
- Maintaining employee documentation and undertake regular audits of personal files to ensure upkeep of personal documents
- Ensure quality and timely HR shared services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams
- Ensure service levels are adhered for offer letter generation and onboarding processes
- Timely creation and maintenance of employee records in electronic format on global and local HR systems
- Maintaining employee documentation and undertake regular audits of personal files to ensure upkeep of personal documents
- Implement and modify HR onboarding processes to align with the employee journey
- Collecting and ensure accuracy of salary forms and applications
- Maintaining and handle queries requiring amendment on systems
- Preparing and maintaining reports for various Onboarding related processes
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner to compliance with employment law
- Adhering and complying with risk, confidentiality and audit requirements
- Working closely with the Shared Services and Payroll team to support on various HRSS initiatives and/or tasks as advised by the manager
- You will act as a change agent to drive process improvements with design thinking
- You may be required to execute additional tasks to provide a seamless experience to the candidates during the on-boarding process
About You:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related field
- 2+ years HR Operations and Offer management experience, ideally from a financial services environment
- Further job related development through accredited training/education would be essential
- Solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices
- Demonstrate consultative skills gained in a similar role
- Proven working knowledge of employment law and policies
- Attentive to detail and accurate
- Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills
- Able to be flexible, resilient, you can multitask and prioritize effectively with shifting priorities and timeframe
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
Salary Ranges
2450 – 3150 EUR GROSS
