This position sits within our Retail Business Clients Unit, a dedicated team focused on driving growth, innovation, and customer success for business banking clients. As Growth Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring our business clients receive exceptional products and services.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead growth strategy execution for the Business Clients segment across all distribution channels
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring efficiency and identifying new opportunities in markets, products, and services
- Manage business client products including current accounts, payments, cards, packages, and value-added services
- Coordinate initiatives with stakeholders to deliver operational efficiency and high-quality service
- Boost sales performance by training and coaching teams, reducing errors, and increasing adoption of products and services
- Champion operational excellence by streamlining processes, promoting automation, and driving continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of trends to support scalable, cross-channel growth strategies
- Lead change initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer value across product, risk, operations, and technology teams
- Conduct research and assessments to guide strategic priorities for business clients
- Monitor competitors to design competitive products, pricing, and terms
- Track and analyze metrics to ensure profitable growth
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution, tracking, and reporting
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards) to gain insights into business client behavior and refine strategies
- Gather intelligence and feedback to identify risks and ensure competitiveness
- Support front-line teams with sales materials, scripts, and process improvements for business client services
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Experience: Proven professional background in customer service, product marketing, sales, or business development
- Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of business client needs within retail and commercial banking, including sales processes, customer experience, and customer behavior
- Technical Skills:
Familiarity with database management systems and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Project Management:
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
- Campaign Expertise:
Hands-on experience in setting up and executing sales campaigns
- Digital Marketing:
Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to apply them effectively
- Direct Marketing:
Practical knowledge of direct marketing techniques to drive customer engagement and product adoption
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
