About the Team & Business Line: 

Citco Banking division provides banking, depositary and custody services to Citco’s “Alternative” investor client base with $700bn in net assets under Depositary. The Citco Banking division is globally recognized as the pre-eminent service provider to the hedge fund industry.

As a member of the Vilnius support team, you will provide information to assist the Depositary in each of the 4 locations with documentation which will administratively assist the Depositary in completing their duties. 

The Vilnius team will provide administrative support to the Depositary teams currently located in Dublin, London, Luxembourg and Malta.

The Support Analyst will be provided with training on all areas of Citco’s depositary business, to develop an understanding of the correct support documentation to assist the Depositary in completing their regulatory duties. 

This position will be a busy, demanding and interesting role which will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to learn different aspects of Citco and the Banking environment. 

 

Your Role: 

  • Assist the Depositary by providing support documentation which will result in clients receiving a premier service.
  • You will ensure adherence to all policies & procedures to maintain an appropriate control environment using the Core Operating Depositary Interface (“CODI”) application.
  • You will monitor activity within client cash accounts using the CFM module within CODI including but not limited to:
    • Over threshold cash flow movements within the client bank accounts. Obtain support information to present to Depositary teams.
    • Unreconciled cash flow movements within the client bank accounts. Obtain support information to present to Depositary teams.
    • Analysis of the balance control check exceptions to identify any balance differences or technical issues.
    • Identify issues and problems in service delivery and work with a wider team on corrective actions.
    • Other support activities may be integrated into the role/team at a future date and separate job descriptions will be provided. 
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives, providing technical support to the Depositary teams including but not limited to:
    • Full onboarding of new clients to CODI.
    • Maintaining client static data and ensure up to date.
    • Maintaining client bank account and Citco Group connectivity within CODI.
  • Maintain a professional approach to all your tasks and uphold client confidentiality.
  • Monitoring, oversight and control of centralised team email mailboxes.
  • Work closely with Management within the support team in Vilnius and local office on concerns and issues as they arise in daily operations.
  • Any other tasks as they arise.

 

About You:

  • Degree in business/finance.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), excellent communication & interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, process management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Hardworking, trustworthy individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. 
  • Previous fund administration or banking experience is desirable but not a pre-requisite.

 

Salary Range

1330 - 1580 GROSS
