We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Project Manager (Central Asia)

We believe you will

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Central Asia markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals and reports to management and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

We expect you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or project management in logistics.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Russian, knowledge of English is an advantage.

Monthly salary ranges from 3290 EUR to 4110 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidateβ€˜s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
