The role of Senior Business Analyst, Core Financial Services Technologies is an instrumental role in Western Union technology organization, taking responsibility of identifying business challenges, analyzing data, and defining IT solutions that align with company objectives. This includes working on strategic multi-million initiatives spanning various technologies including settlement, treasury, ERP, credit and other. It will be reporting to Head of Settlement Technologies in Lithuania. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and define technical requirements to ensure successful project execution in large organizations. We would like our new colleague to operate in a highly collaborative manner across a diverse set of stakeholders and operational owners but also disrupt and overcome a culture of consensus decision making.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,167 – 4,015 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
