About the Team & Business Line:

The Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to transform our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.

As part of the Transformation Office, you will be working as a Business Subject Matter Expert within the YARDI Platform Transformation and Support Team. The YARDI Platform Transformation Team consists of a Team of Business Subject Matter Experts who support the business in day-to-day operations and represent the business stakeholders to determine and document the business requirements of the YARDI Platform development.

Your Role:

• Support Business Operations in configuring Yardi
• Support and assist Business Operations in the running of Yardi
• Analyze the operational or client specific needs
• Help business operations with any Yardi system issues and liaise with IT a/o Dev Teams
• Specify any new requirements to be developed in Yardi a/o surrounding systems
• Understand the purpose of any client specific or operational needs for YARDI functionality
• Participating in workshops with Business Analysts and Development team to define and document business requirements for development
• Testing of new developed functionality
• Work with business stakeholders to acquire business sign off for new or amended functionality
• Work as an integral part of the Transformation Office.
• Liaise with key IT personnel and Business Analysts during the development process
• Liaise with key Stakeholders and Plan Sponsors to identify improvements to systems and business process
• Facilitate UAT for systems enhancements 
• Educate business users on new system enhancements
• Provide level 2 local/global support for the YARDI Platform
• Trouble shoot, resolve complex problems and detect development solutions

About You:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance
• 4 + years’ experience in Yardi 
• 8 + years’ experience in Financial Services 
• Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong inter-personal, negotiation and mediation skills 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities
• Proven complex problem resolution 
• Knowledge of SQL is an asset

Salary Range

4100 - 5660 Gross
