Our client – Nafta Films, the Baltics’ largest production company, established in 2009 – specializes in original content, service production, and international commercials. With offices in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius, the company supports over 225 shooting days annually across all three countries. Their agile, film-friendly culture is built on efficiency, creativity, and close collaboration – with rapid permits, skilled local crews, and government-backed support ensuring smooth production processes.

Currently, the Vilnius team is looking for a TVC Producer to take a key role in managing commercial projects and expanding the company’s client portfolio.

Job Description

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, while actively pitching to new commercial
  clients in both local and international markets
• Lead the full production cycle of TV commercials – from initial brief to final delivery – ensuring
  projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and manage the entire production process, coordinating with directors, crew, talent, and post-production teams
• Collaborate with creatives, agencies, and directors to bring concepts to life, while suggesting innovative solutions for production challenges
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and crews, ensuring profitability and compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards
• Represent the company in industry events, marketing trips, and networking opportunities, strengthening its visibility in key markets

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of commercial work (TVCs or branded content)
• Established client network and ability to bring new business to the company
• Strong knowledge of local and international production standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (Russian or Polish is an advantage)
