Meet the Team:

We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our dynamic Inside Operations team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement training programs, ensuring that our operations representatives possess the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service across our diverse range of back-office and customer service activities. For this role we are looking for someone with a strong background in Customer Service or a related field, along with a proven track record of creating engaging and effective training experiences.

Where You Come In:

  • You will design and develop comprehensive training programs for back-office and Customer Service operations.
  • Create engaging training materials, including manuals and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the materials are accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
  • Address training-related queries and provide solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs and continue developing training roadmap.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance training skills and knowledge.
  • Champion continuous improvement culture in the function to drive increased process efficiency, improved communication, and reduced cycle time.

What Makes You Successful:

  • You are fluent in English language (additional languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French – considered as advantage).
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members is essential for your success.
  • You demonstrate empathy and patience in dealing with trainees of varying skill levels.
  • You’re focused on problem-solving, ensuring attention to details when necessary.
  • Your organizational skills are exceptional, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are willing to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • You can thoroughly maintain service-related documentation and transform it into clear operating procedures.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,550.00 to €3,150.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
