WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and hiring needs
- Own the sourcing cycle: identify, approach, and engage potential candidates across LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Craft tailored outreach messages that stand out and make candidates want to reply
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates
- Share market insights and sourcing trends to guide recruitment strategies
- Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for future opportunities
- Experiment with new sourcing tools, channels, and methods to increase success rates
- Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional experience throughout the process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our culture and values
- Continuously learn, improve, and bring fresh ideas to the team
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or a related role
- A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and building strong professional relationships
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to dig deeper when first attempts don’t work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)
- Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
- Proactive, resilient, and driven — you don’t wait for direction, you find solutions
- A team-player mindset, always ready to share knowledge and help others succeed

GROSS SALARY
- 1500 - 2600 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
