DescriptionABOUT US
At IPRoyal, we empower startups and global enterprises with cutting-edge data mining infrastructure. Our dedicated team works around the clock to deliver powerful, cost-effective, and reliable solutions that create real value for our clients. From streamlining operations to unlocking new opportunities, our engineers turn publicly available data into actionable insights. With IPRoyal, businesses enjoy first-class, scalable experiences that grow alongside them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you treat recruiting as a craft rather than a numbers game? Can you sit across from a hiring manager, work on a vague brief, and walk away with a search strategy instead of just a job description? Are you the type who'd rather build something than maintain it?
We're looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and take ownership of hiring. You'll work directly with hiring managers across the business, partnering closely with teams in engineering, sales, and product to bring the right people into IPRoyal. This isn't a "post and pray" recruiting role - you'll own the full hiring lifecycle end to end, from understanding a hiring manager's real needs, to building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and international roles, to closing candidates with confidence. You'll be the owner of everything hiring-related at IPRoyal, including building our recruitment processes rather than inheriting a finished playbook.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles across multiple departments and countries;
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and success criteria before a search begins;
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, including international and niche markets;
- Manage candidate pipelines and drive an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer;
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines;
- Design, build, and own our end-to-end recruitment processes - you'll be the go-to person for everything hiring-related, creating structure and playbooks where none exist yet;
- Maintain accurate, clean data in our ATS (HiBob) to support reporting and decision-making;
- Represent IPRoyal's culture and values throughout every stage of the hiring process.
WHAT WE EXPECT
-
Experience: At least 4 years in talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment for senior or specialized roles;
-
International Recruiting: Proven experience recruiting for international markets, ideally including tech or scaleup environments;
-
Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers rather than simply execute requests;
-
Sourcing & Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, market mapping, and compensation benchmarking;
-
ATS Fluency: Comfortable working with ATS platforms and keeping data hygiene a priority (HiBob experience is a plus);
-
Pace: Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment;
-
Mindset: Proactive and hungry for new challenges - you don't wait to be told what's missing, you go find it and fix it;
-
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English;
-
Nice to have: Comfortable building things from scratch - processes, frameworks, and ways of working that don't exist yet - and a strong sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
WHAT YOU GAIN
-
Real ownership: You decide how a search runs, from intake to close, and you're accountable for who joins the team - not just pipeline volume;
-
A trusted seat at the table: Hiring managers come to you for advice on comp and timelines, and your read on a candidate carries weight in the final call;
-
Something to build, not inherit: You're shaping the recruitment playbook itself, not filling one requisition at a time;
-
Low bureaucracy: Fast decisions mean a strong candidate can move from first call to offer without getting stuck;
-
Personal budgets: Annual budgets for equipment, learning & development, wellness, and team-building;
-
Flexible ways of working: Office, hybrid, or remote from Lithuania, with room to work from abroad with manager approval;
-
A team that celebrates: Company-sponsored workations, quarterly team-buildings, and everyday office perks.
-
Salary range: €2,800–4,500 gross/month, based on skills and experience.
