We are looking for a Senior Product Owner for Client Onboarding to drive technical delivery of onboarding capabilities across digital and assisted channels. You will work under a Lead Product Owner / Product Management and partner with engineering, design, analytics, compliance, and operations to turn product intent into clear, buildable increments. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery ownership, integration-heavy execution, and production readiness.
Own delivery of onboarding and activation capabilities; keep the squad unblocked and shipping
Lead backlog shaping with engineering/design: break epics into thin, testable slices with explicit dependencies
Coordinate end-to-end behavior across identity/verification, risk controls, customer data/case handling, and account/card creation triggers
Ensure production readiness: monitoring expectations, operational fallbacks, and incident learnings fed back into the backlog.
Track delivery-relevant product metrics (e.g., NTB/NAC, onboarding time, incident rate) and drive improvements
Understanding of regulated onboarding flows: ID & verification → KYC decisioning (CDD/EDD) → agreements/consents → account opening → activation → card issuing trigger
Familiarity with KYC/AML fundamentals and when/why onboarding requires manual handling (e.g., EDD, specific customer types)
Comfort working in multi-market context (EE/LV/LT) and across multiple customer segments (incl. non-residents)
Experience as a PO (or similar) in Agile delivery: refinement, planning, review; keeping scope tight and increments releasable
Solid technical acumen: ability to discuss APIs, data mapping, async processing/event flows, error handling, and NFRs (security/performance/observability)
Ability to write precise stories/specs: edge cases, validations, failure modes, acceptance criteria
Strong accountability: proactively manages risks, dependencies, and decisions; drives issues to closure
