We’re looking for a Senior Material Management Specialist to join us at Telia.

I am Vilma Čėsnienė, leading Inventory and Materials Management team at Telia Lietuva and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us.

In this position, your core tasks will be to purchase the technological project equipment and proceed with timely shipment administration and logistics to the final receivers. You will be working closely with the internal requestors responsible for B2B projects, external vendors and warehouse operations partners, also other colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct purchases according to the requested technological project material, price, payment and delivery terms requirements
  • Administer the delivery by creating master data, providing inbound information to the warehousing partner, assigning the equipment to the projects and handling financial documentation to the accounting
  • Cooperate with the vendors by submitting purchase orders and tracking delivery information
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders regarding project updates and financial operations.

What will help you thrive in this role:

This position is suitable for a specialist who is detail-oriented, solution-focused and has solid communication and collaboration skills.  

  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Solid Lithuanian, basic English language skills (A2)
  • Good knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP (advantage).

Monthly salary range for this position – 2000-2200Eur (gross) + annual bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
