As a Senior CRO Manager, you will:
  • Lead the CRO strategy across all ecommerce funnels, from acquisition to checkout.

  • Own the experimentation roadmap and prioritize tests based on impact, effort, and business goals.

  • Design, run, and analyze A/B, multivariate, and user experience experiments.

  • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, analytics, and marketing teams to implement winning variations.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance and long term conversion trends.

  • Develop hypotheses grounded in behavioral psychology, user intent, and ecommerce best practices.

  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, navigation, checkout flows, and mobile experiences.

  • Ensure experiments are statistically valid and insights are communicated clearly to stakeholders.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Evaluate and manage CRO tools, analytics platforms, and user research technologies.

  • Present findings, recommendations, and business impact to leadership teams.

Sounds interesting? We expect you to:
  • Have 3+ years of handson CRO experience, ideally in ecommerce or high traffic digital products.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and experiment design.

  • Be highly proficient with CRO and analytics tools..

  • Understand UX/UI principles, user behavior, and conversion psychology

  • Be comfortable analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Be proactive, curious, and relentlessly focused on measurable outcomes.

  • Have experience working cross functionally in fast paced, agile environments.

  • Bring a portfolio of past experiments, results, and optimization wins.
