Nasdaq Vilnius is looking for new member to the Operations team. The main objective of our Operations team is to design assessments and questionnaires on our new Nasdaq Questionnaires platform while also providing day-to-day client support by understanding each client’s individual needs and providing timely consultative service. The team works closely with all internal stakeholders to identify client opportunities and achieve client success.

What will you be doing?

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • Design questionnaires
  • Digital transcription, editing, and reporting of corporate governance assessments and questionnaires
  • Track client project tasks and interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Interact and assist clients through phone and email

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree, relevant job experience will also be considered
  • At least 1 year of experience working with client communication or customer support
  • Proficient in a business English language setting, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

It would also be excellent if you also bring:

  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • Experience using Project Management tools such as Monday.com
  • Experience within corporate governance
  • Language proficiency in additional European languages

Monthly salary (before tax): from 2400 to 2600 EUR, depending on your level of experience. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and proficiencies.

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position on-site in Vilnius. We advocate flexible ways of working and have a hybrid remote/in-office setting with a minimum 3 days per week in the office.
