Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage sales and pricing for your assigned Small and Medium Category customers.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.

  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.

  • Provide precise sales and volume data to internal teams.

  • Identify and implement pricing improvements to boost profitability.

  • Spot potential sales leads and develop them or pass them to Sales Development Managers.

  • Stay informed about company products, services, and their applications.

  • Analyze customer purchasing behavior to align solutions with their needs.

  • Understand the business structures and key decision-makers of Small and Medium Category customers.

  • Use customer feedback and competitor insights to navigate market dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, working with business customers via digital channels.

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and confident in writing and speaking English.

  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and customer portfolios.

  • Ability to ask targeted questions and uncover customer needs.

  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Basic financial knowledge and data analysis skills.

  • Experience in remote sales (phone, email, e-shop).

  • Willingness to grow, develop, and adapt to change.

  • Experience with Salesforce, technical knowledge, or education is an advantage.
