Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager (MRO & CAMO) and be a part of the exciting and fast-paced aviation industry! In this role, you'll work behind the scenes to support the sales operations for our Base Maintenance services, CAMO, Transitions and Tear-down projects playing a key part in the growth of our company. Your efforts will support the smooth flow of client communication, sales documentation and coordination of leads to ensure that the business achieves its sales objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage leads and assist with client communications;
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, GTAs, exhibits, commercial proposals, quotes and contracts;
- Schedule meetings and coordinate client interactions;
- Track sales activities and report on key metrics;
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly;
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align efforts;
- Participate in trade shows, client visits and exhibitions together with all sales team.
We expect You to have:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Experience in sales with a drive for achieving sales goals and a natural sales personality;
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Experience in aviation, particularly maintenance, is a significant advantage;
- Proficiency with computer systems and software;
- A sharp, quick-thinking, motivated, and results-driven attitude;
- Fluency in English.
