What you'll be doing

As a Sales Manager, you will combine B2B sales with strategic partnership development. Your goal is to expand Baltic Assist’s presence in international markets by developing new client relationships, nurturing partner networks, and creating collaboration opportunities that drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to build a healthy pipeline, identify partnership channels, and represent Baltic Assist in various business environments.

How you'll spend your day

  • Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities in nearshoring, virtual staffing, and financial services.
  • Conduct outreach, intro calls, discovery calls, and full sales cycles up to closing.
  • Building and maintaining your own pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with associations, consulting firms, business networks, and ecosystem organizations.
  • Growing Baltic Assist’s reach in international markets through partner referrals and collaboration programs.
  • Engaging with partner organisations, attending their events, and exploring joint opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing on joint initiatives, co‑branded activities, and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance.
  • Representing Baltic Assist at selected events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Creating partnership roadmaps, defining KPIs, and tracking progress.

You'll be successful if you have  

  • 2-5+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or sales roles.
  • Experience working with international partners or clients.
  • A proven track record of generating leads and successfully closing deals.
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify synergy opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your targets.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).

Salary: 3300 - 4100 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience. Bonus system depending on your performance, with a possibility to double your base salary or more. 

Location: Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week).
