In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our data and IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international standards, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the company. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and business strategy, managing risks, incidents, and security projects while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.

What will you do:

  • Adapt international LIDL IT security guidelines and ensure compliance with ISO standards and GDPR
  • Oversee the full risk management lifecycle, from identifying threats to implementing mitigation measures
  • Lead internal and external IT security audits and ensure timely resolution of any findings
  • Manage security incident response and the organization’s vulnerability management process
  • Maintain IT Service Continuity (IT-SCM) and disaster recovery plans to ensure organizational resilience
  • Design security awareness programs, conduct employee training, and consult on cyber threats
  • Lead strategic security projects, evaluate new technologies, and present progress reports to stakeholders

About you:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Information Security, IT Audit, or IT Risk Management
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 are a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Valid Category B driver’s license
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage with various stakeholders
