We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Regulatory and Compliance Lawyer to join our Legal team!
As our new Lawyer, you will:
Perform regulatory and compliance analysis solving PwC global clients’ issues conducting business in Lithuania (key areas – energy, real estate, public procurement and governance).
Become an integral part of the team of professionals working with various feasibility studies together with the other PwC teams and jurisdictions covering Lithuanian legal framework analysis.
Provide full legal service support engaging directly with clients regarding contracting issues, negotiations and representation their interests against the state institutions (support with licensing & permitting matters, defending clients' positions and official representation thereof).
Participate in joint projects with M&A team performing legal due diligence, integrity due diligence assignments.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
Master’s degree in law
2+ years of relevant work experience (regulatory and/or compliance area, experience in a Law Firm – strong advantage)
Excellent spoken and written skills in both Lithuanian and English
A strong curiosity, constant learning and commitment to staying updated with legal developments
A proactive approach to teamwork, along with reliability and responsiveness
Exceptional legal drafting abilities
Strong drive, time management skills, and the ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks independently

The monthly base salary for this position ranges from 2500 to 4000 brutto. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
