Hybrid - 3 days/week in Office

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, up to senior levels

✅ Source, attract, and engage top talent using cutting-edge tools

✅ Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders globally

✅ Use recruitment data to drive smart hiring decisions

You Bring:

✅ 6+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience

✅ Solid understanding of IT market trends

✅ Experience with in-house recruitment systems

✅ Strong collaboration skills and candidate-focused mindset
