Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively — and now we’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support our Supply Chain operations and help us scale efficiently.
Position overview
As a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of Pulsetto’s supply chain operations — ensuring our purchasing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
You’ll manage purchase orders, maintain relationships with suppliers, and collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and logistics teams to make sure everything from raw materials to finished goods moves without disruption.

Your day-to-day
- Manage and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive according to production and business needs.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders when necessary.
- Support documentation and reporting related to procurement activities.
- Assist in improving purchasing workflows, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administration would be a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with purchase order systems or ERP tools.
- Solid understanding of procurement and inventory processes.
- Good English skills (both written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics industries.
- Familiarity with supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, accuracy, etc.).
- Knowledge of financial or invoice reconciliation processes.

💶 Gross salary: €1,800 to €2000 per month (depending on your skills and experience)
