We are looking for an Project Manager to lead and deliver international Microsoft Dynamics projects and internal initiatives. This role is based in Lithuania, with a preference for candidates located in Vilnius or Kaunas.
As PM, your role will be to orchestrate teams and processes to ensure medium complexity projects are delivered on time and achieve the intended outcomes. You will be the go-to person for everything related to assigned projects, and youβll also strengthen the department by sharing expertise.
What you are going to do:
Leading a variety of (mid complexity) projects and initiatives from planning through execution
Applying a structured, methodical approach to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
Developing and maintaining a project plan and following up on execution
Directing and managing project work
Communicating with project stakeholders
Escalating deviations from the initial project plan
Ensuring project execution quality and efficiency
Monitoring potential project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project
Providing leadership and direction to project team members
Closing projects by collecting and documenting lessons learned
Facilitating project reviews
What we expect from you:
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing projects (experience in IT is a plus)
Good knowledge and experience of one, or more project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE, etc.). The certification of CAPM, PMP, or PSM or similar is an advantage.

Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute
Basic understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics BC, AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, 365 F&SCM) would be considered as an advantage.
