We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Assistant with 1-2 years’ experience to support our project team with both administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and pays close attention to detail. 
The successful candidate will be joining the Companial Memberships team, and will be assisting the GoToMarketprogram lead with the GoToMarket hub’s day-to-day activities. 

Companial’s GoToMarket hub is an integral part of Companial Membership service. This service equips Companial members with go-to-market (GTM) support, consultancy, and tools, designed to accelerate members’ new customer acquisition efforts. The hub’s activities include production and publication of the GTM e-learning materials, in-person and online event organization, delivering 1:1 Partner consultations and managing Partner marketing accelerators.  

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the GoToMarket hub. Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Administration 
    • Maintain and update project documentation regularly. 
    • Manage daily data entry and updates in Excel spreadsheets. 
    • Organize and file project-related documents systematically. 
    • Project Coordination 
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and calls. 
    • Send reminders and follow-ups to clients and internal stakeholders. 
    • Communicate with clients via email, respond to inquiries, and provide requested documents. 
    • Ensure timely collection of signed documents and track completion status. 
    • Participate in project calls and take notes or follow-up actions as needed.

Requirements:

    • 1-2 years' of experience in a similar role.
    • Fluent spoken and written English. 
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general document management tools.

    • Monthly salary range 1500-1800 Eur gross/month
