Littelfuse is looking for a Production Process Supervision Engineer to join our Process Engineering Department. In this role, you will supervise the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process, drive continuous improvement, and optimize production operations.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Production process manager.

About the job:

• Prompt resolution of process-related production problems in order to minimize production downtime and scrap levels
• Conduct tests and experiments for new technologies and product samples
• Identify and lead process improvement projects (scrap reduction, throughput improvement, layout optimization)
• Stay up to date with new technologies to enhance production processes
• Support the quality team with customer complaints and participate in audits
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare and update work instructions, process documentation, and technical reports
• Supervise a team of two maintenance technicians

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferably in electronics or similar field
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with SMT process implementation
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

The salary range for this position is 2700 EUR gross – 3500 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
