What you'll do:

• Coordinate private label packaging and design processes in accordance with the Lidl Brand Book, printing guidelines, etc.
• Cooperate with suppliers, designers, and printing houses on packaging development matters
• Ensure and approve packaging print design quality
• Collaborate with other departments in the implementation of packaging design projects
• Ensure the quality of primary and secondary packaging
• Monitor and analyze the market
• Ensure the improvement of existing internal processes and implement new ones

About you:

• Higher education degree (final-year students are welcome to apply)
• Preferable experience in a related field or project coordination
• Fluent English language skills, and knowledge of German, Latvian or Estonian would be a strong advantage
• Strong planning and organizational skills, combined with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a diverse work environment
• Category B driving licence — an advantage
